This is a great book for the busy writer who has a good working knowledge of writing. I found it easy to read and use.
nice book as advertised
I read the whole book and got a lot out of it--I guess. It took me 2 weeks to read it because I couldn't get engaged. I don't know if it was me or the Book--or both. It's not a waste of money or time. .
I like the books that Marcy Kennedy has in this series. Instead of overflowing with excess verbiage (like I just used there), these books are clear, concise and to the point.
This is an excellent book. It covers how to describe everything from characters, to settings, to each of the senses, to the 12 stages of physical intimacy. Kennedy covers it all.
Excellent addition to Ms. Kennedy's collection of "how to" books. I rely heavily on this one to improve my descriptions. She gives simple to follow instructions which allow you to expand your thinking in how to best utilize descriptions to give your writings that professional feel.
